extended our warranties to 5 years for relay
output controllers and 7 years for our solid
state Elite-2000. By offering a longer
warranty, our customers are able to utilize this
to their advantage when it comes to
service. For other products that would only
have a one year warranty, customers would be
responsible for additional service related
costs. Entertron picks up the tab for a
much longer period of time because of the track
record we have established over 30 years and as a
way to rewarding our long standing
customers.
In
providing a longer warranty on the controls
portion of your application, minimizes any
potential expense related to service of your
equipment associated with our PLCs. It also
implies a quality product that the manufacturer
has backed with the longest warranty in the
industry.
As
an OEM are you tired of the recurring cost of
software associated with your controller?
Entertron
has eliminated the upgrade cost, as well as the
cost to purchase software. Some of our
competitors not only charge you for your initial
software purchase, but also charge you for a
yearly maintenance fee. They have tied this
fee with your support, therefore any time you
require support from the manufacturer, and your
support contract is not current, you will not
receive the support you are in need of.

software can be downloaded at any time. The
password associated with it remains the same, so
once you have it, you can unlock it at any
time. If you are comfortable giving your
program and software to your customer, you need

multiple copies.

support is unlike any other - Our technical
support is free of charge - no voice mail, no
support contracts. You will speak with a
live person during our regular business hours (8
am to 5 pm EST / EDT) And unlike some of
our competitors, there are no levels of
support...from first hand experience, a very
annoying and frustrating experience.
Business
doesn't have to be done the same way. It
should be done to benefit you the
customer. We have expressed four areas in
which it may be possible to reduce hidden
costs. We may also be able to reduce the
cost of the controller, depending on what you are

operate larger current loads and non-standard
